Local Request (unofficial transcript)

The following items are necessary to request an unofficial transcript:

• A $5.00 check or money order payable to Escanaba Student Success Center
  Any number of copies can be requested for the $5.00 fee.

• The name under which you graduated

• Your year of graduation

• The address where the transcript(s) should be sent

• A phone number where you can be reached

Official Transcripts are sent directly to colleges, universities, potential employers, etc. only via Parchment. Unofficial transcripts may be mailed directly to the graduate.
